Top quality competition with a lot of great players will create many beautiful goals too. Could be from free kick, long shot, canon ball, or the process itself. Related to my previous article of Champions League Final Match in season 2008/2009, now i'll give you a compilation of 15 best goals during the competition. And after finishing the whole season, the trophy goes to Essien when he made an astonishing goal against Barcelona in Semi Final with his first time cracking shot to right top corner of the goalkeeper. I know that the order can be so subjective, but Essien's was really great goal. Let's see the video.

UEFA Champions League Final 2008/2009 : (Un)Clash of the Titans
We are at season break time now. No match in european leagues, players take their rest and holidays.
So since this blog is new, i would like to remind you about last season moments, and the first is Champions League Final Match. I'll share the other video from many leagues in the upcoming articles.
I think all of you will agree with me if i said that the final was "unclash of the titans". Yes, in my opinion, there was an anticlimax when two giants met. People expected more actions, explosive, and dramatic final. The fact showed that Barca and Man United was leading in their local competition, became the most aggressive team (Barca) and the strongest defend (Man United) in Champions League this season, and also superstar duel of Messi and Ronaldo.
But how was the match? Barca got all things they want of a final match: full control on nervous opposite. 2-0 was the final score with goals from Eto'o and Messi. Yeah, actually i was very dissapointed becuse i want Man United to retain the crown and break the record..
OK, here is the highlight and enjoy..

Brazil could handle their frustasion and made quick goal in very beginning of the sesond half from Luis Fabiano's goal, and this name also made the score equal 2-2 in 75th minute. Finally, the scoreboard turned to the lead of Brazil when Captain Lucio's header met the net of Tim Howard in 85th minute, 3-2 for Brazil. The final is rematch of the second match in Group B (highlitghted above). The first place Brazil meet again with the second place USA. In that group stage, Brazil have no problem in winning the match by 3 goals from Felipe Melo, Robinho, and Maicon. For USA, tonight is their second changes facing the world champion. Hoping their second wind after defeat Spain in Semi Final, USA will play an aggressive, smart game with energy and speed, said the coach Bob Bradley to FIFA.com. And for Brazil, do not ever underestimate an underdog, or you will be the next 'Spain'.

FIFA Confederations CUP 2009 Semi Final 2 : Brazil 1 vs 0 South Africa
Danny Alves was the hero. Just entered the pitch, his free-kick in 86th minute help Brazil to take one place in Final, and that was the only goal last night. But South Africa did some attractive play and almost repeat the surprising first semi-final yesterday. Also have many chances like from Mokoena and Modise, bafana-bafana succeed not to let Brazil scored in open play.
In the other side, Brazil continuing their 100% win in this competition and will face USA next Sunday.

FIFA Confederations CUP 2009 Semi Final 1 : Spain 0 vs 2 USA
Spain was shocked by USA with 2 goals. Despite the excellent performance in Group Stage, that took all 9 points against New Zealand, Iraq, and South Africa, Spain could not defeated the defence of the Uncle Sam's team. Tim Howard was in great shape to keep the goal clean from the threat of Villa and Torres. USA made the first goal in 26' by Joey Altidore and the second was from Clint Dempsey in 74th minute. Unfortunately, Michael Bradley of USA was red-carded because of his two-foot tackle to Xabi Alonso, and that will not let him play in the Final. Here is the highlight, line up and stats

Next Fixture : FIFA Confederations Cup South Africa 2009 SEMI FINAL
The Confederations Cup has now on the stage of Semi Final, that will be held in 24 and 25 June. Tonight is the first match of the semi final and we'll find the first place of Group A Spain versus runner-up Group B USA. Few people have made their bid in Spain going through to the final since USA need their super fortune to pass the storm in Group B. The other semi final is Brazil as first place in Group B versus South Africa, runner-up Group A and also host country of the upcoming World Cup 2010. I think Bafana-Bafana got nothing to lose here facing the five-time world champion, furthermore after seeing Samba destroyed the Azzuri 3-0 last Sunday.
24 June 2009 - Spain vs USA - Mangaung/Bloemfountain
25 June 2009 - Brazil vs South Africa - Johannesburg
Always stay tuned in this spot, and you will find the video highlight updated until the final match.
